Silver Point Finance, a long-standing player in the direct lending market, has raised $508.6M to continue providing customized financing solutions to middle-market companies. For over two decades, the firm has supported a broad range of transactions, from acquisitions and refinancings to growth capital and balance sheet restructurings.
As the direct lending arm of Silver Point Capital, L.P., which oversees more than $25 billion in investible capital, Silver Point Finance and its affiliates manage approximately $12 billion. In 2023 alone, the firm agented or arranged roughly $6.2 billion in credit facilities.
