Overwatch Data, Inc. has raised $15.0M in Series A funding. Mouro Capital, Visa Ventures, and Capital One Ventures participated in the round.

The company runs an AI-native threat intelligence and risk operations platform built for cyber, fraud, brand, and merchant risk teams. It uses AI agents alongside expert analysts to gather adversarial intelligence from the criminal underground, investigate threats, and turn findings into something teams can act on - the goal being to shift organizations from reactive triage toward proactive, scalable risk operations.
