RhymeQ Technologies has raised $2.2M in pre-seed funding to make quantum computing programmable for ordinary developers. The Karlsruhe- and Zรผrich-based company's abstraction layer, Rhyme, lets anyone with basic Python skills write and debug quantum applications without touching qubits, gates, or physics.
Ground State Ventures, Vanagon Ventures, Plug and Play and Freiraum Ventures backed the round. Rhyme compiles to a range of quantum hardware with no vendor lock-in, and RhymeQ says it already works with enterprise design partners in chemicals, pharma, manufacturing and mobility. The company was founded in 2026 by Dr. Daniel Volz, Dr. Tamรกs Varga and Christina Wu.
