HubPharm Africa is a tech-enabled specialty pharmacy and coordinated care platform improving access to authentic medicines for patients living with chronic and complex conditions across Africa and the diaspora. We are building the infrastructure that ensures patients with conditions such as cancer, diabetes, lupus, autoimmune diseases, multiple sclerosis, and ADHD can reliably access life-saving medicines and stay on treatment. At the core of our platform is Afiya, our AI health companion, which provides medication reminders, adherence support, refill prediction, and health education through accessible channels like WhatsApp. This is combined with a coordinated care team of pharmacists and health coaches who support patients throughout their treatment journey. HubPharm also operates a network of trusted supply partners and micro-fulfillment centers, enabling reliable sourcing and timely delivery of specialty medicines. Since launch in 2024, we have supported 10,000+ patients, delivered over 500,000 medicine packs, and improved medication adherence by 42%. Our mission is simple: ensure that no patient dies due to lack of access to genuine specialty medicines. TidalSense builds AI-driven diagnostic and monitoring solutions for respiratory medicine built on the foundation of the company's novel patented sensor technology, N-Tidal, which provides unprecedented insight into lung physiology through high accuracy, rapid sampled CO2, unlike anything seen before in clinical medicine.
