ReFresh has raised $2.5M in seed funding to build out what it calls a psychosocial compliance platform for Australian employers.
The pitch rests on a gap between legal obligation and practice: every Australian jurisdiction now requires organisations to manage psychosocial risk with the same rigour as physical safety, and most employers don't have a system to do it. ReFresh argues that engagement surveys, EAP programmes, and general WHS platforms each address part of the problem without amounting to a compliance system. Its platform covers risk intelligence, compliance orchestration, and governance evidence across all 17 hazard categories in the Code of Practice.
