Raxio Data Centres, a key builder of Africa's digital infrastructure, has secured $380.0M to further its ambitious expansion across the continent. The significant capital injection will support the company's ongoing efforts to establish a robust network of interconnected data centres.
Founded in 2018, Raxio Group operates carrier-neutral Tier III data centres, providing essential colocation services. After launching its first facilities in Uganda, the company has since expanded to Ethiopia, the Democratic Republic of Congo, Ivory Coast, Tanzania, Mozambique, and Angola, with plans to build several new facilities over the next two years.
