Le défi est relevé, et deux ans plus tard, Jack’s s’installe ouvre un second restaurant sur la Zone Pédebert de Soorts-Hossegor. Succès immédiat, locaux et touristes au rendez-vous. Puis direction Soustons et, pour nos 10 ans, un 4ème restaurant en plein centre ville d’Hossegor. En 2023, on sort du terrain de jeu landais. Direction le Pays Basque et le Béarn : Saint-Jean-de-Luz, Anglet, Pau. Trois ouvertures qui posent les bases d’une expansion solide. 2024-2025 : le rythme s’accélère. Bayonne, Saint-Geours-de-Maremne (avec nos bureaux au passage), puis deux spots emblématiques, les pieds dans le sable sur les plages centrales de Hossegor et Vieux-Boucau. Des spots fidèles à nos racines, qui respirent le vrai : proximité, exigence et bonne humeur. Et la suite ? On ouvre la porte aux franchisés. Un modèle testé, éprouvé, qui redonne au gérant du temps pour sa vraie place de commerçant. A bientôt !
