SPC Global

The Original Juice Co, SPC, Nature One Dairy and Natural Ingredients were brought together under SPC Global in December 2024, with the company’s listing on the ASX (ASX:SPG). The Group has a portfolio of brands with a focus on providing nourishment and wellness for consumers. Wildfire Energy

Wildfire Energy is a privately held renewable energy startup developing technology for gasification and waste to energy applications. Wildfire has developed a novel, proprietary gasification process to enable cost effective conversion of low value biomass and waste feedstocks into high quality syngas for electricity generation and production of fuels and chemicals. The technology employs a unique, scalable configuration which avoids common problems typically associated with biomass and waste utilisation. Testing is currently underway at a pilot plant located in Brisbane, Australia prior to scale up and commercialisation of the technology.

EchoIQ

Echo IQ is an AI-driven clinical decision support company that analyzes routine echocardiographic measurements to support fast, consistent interpretation of echocardiograms. Our first product, EchoSolv™ AS, is an AI platform that analyzes echocardiographic measurements to generate a probability assessment of severe aortic stenosis. EchoSolv™ AS was built using more than 200 million echocardiographic measurements from real-world patient data, drawn from one of the largest echo datasets in the world. It also delivers strong rule-out performance, with a 99.2% negative predictive value. Importantly, EchoSolv™ AS goes beyond current clinical guidelines, identifying high-risk patients who traditional criteria can miss but who show similar five-year mortality to guideline-defined severe AS. For example, in a multi-center study, clinicians initially identified 218 patients with severe AS, while EchoSolv™ AS found an additional 66 cases with elevated severe AS probability outside current guideline criteria. It is FDA-cleared as a Class II medical device (510(k) K241245). Echo IQ’s long-term vision is to expand this measurement-based AI platform to support interpretation of additional structural heart diseases.
