Making the impossible possible in microgravity just got a $7.3M boost. Outlier Space, which is developing a scalable, reusable, uncrewed satellite platform for everything from semiconductors to biotechnology, has closed a pre-seed funding round.
The investment drew support from a notable roster of backers including GD1 (Global From Day One), Nova Threshold, Brian Cartmell, Airtree, Icehouse Ventures, Investible, and Side Stage Ventures. Outlier Space aims to enable customers to build what can't be built on Earth and return it safely home, accelerating the global space economy.
