Space has a logistics problem, and French deeptech startup OSMOS X just secured $2.0M in seed funding to tackle it. The company is developing reusable Orbital Transfer Vehicles (OTVs) designed for orbital transfer, in-space mobility, and space debris removal.
Unlike traditional spacecraft that are destroyed after each mission, OSMOS X's OTVs are powered by a breakthrough electroplasmic propulsion system, built to fly again and again. This multi-mission approach aims to provide cost-effective, sustainable transportation for satellite operators and space agencies, much like terrestrial logistics companies reuse their delivery vehicles.
