Onyx Security has raised $113.0M in a Series B round, a vote of confidence in its bet that enterprises need a dedicated control plane to manage AI agents safely. The funding was led by Bessemer Venture Partners, with participation from Cyberstarts, TCV, Conviction, FirstMark, Vintage, QuantumLight, and G Squared.
The company’s platform sits between security, governance, and infrastructure teams, giving them a single view of how AI agents are deployed and used-covering compliance, safety, and effectiveness. Onyx says its proprietary models and agentic technology are already in use at Fortune 500 companies, though it didn’t specify which ones. The fresh capital arrives as enterprises scramble to adopt AI without losing control of their data or exposing themselves to regulatory risk.
