Nanomedicine Lab, a multidisciplinary research group dedicated to translating advanced nanomaterials into clinical therapies, has closed a significant Series D funding round, securing $870.0M.
Based in Barcelona with affiliations to the Catalan Institute of Nanoscience and Nanotechnology (ICN2) and the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona (UAB), the lab's research portfolio spans the discovery and preclinical development of nanomedicine constructs. Its work, which also connects with the University of Manchester, focuses on safely developing nanoscale platforms for effective therapeutics and diagnostics, particularly in oncology and neurology.
