The push to decarbonize heat and power in buildings just got a $21.7M boost, as Naked Energy Ltd announced its Series B funding round.
The UK-based company develops high-energy density solar collectors, including its VirtuHOT and VirtuPVT evacuated tube systems, which provide off-grid solutions for high-demand environments like hotels, hospitals, and residential complexes. Naked Energy's technology was recognized with a 2021 CIBSE Building Performance Award for its potential to support decarbonization.
