Multiplier Holdings has raised $35.0M in a Series B round, with backing from The General Partnership, Ribbit Capital, and Lightspeed Venture Partners.
The company, which describes itself as a technology firm that acquires and transforms boutique service businesses, is using the fresh capital to continue that playbook. Rather than building brands from scratch, Multiplier snaps up established, smaller-scale service firms and applies its operational and tech-focused approach to scale them up. The round’s investor mix-spanning fintech-focused Ribbit and enterprise-minded Lightspeed-suggests a broad bet on the consolidation thesis, though specifics on how the funds will be deployed remain under wraps.
