Movendo Technology, a medical company born from a collaboration with the Italian Institute of Technology (IIT), has raised $11.2M in Series A funding. The company leverages IIT's deep expertise in robotics, rehabilitation, and nanotechnologies to develop innovative robotic devices for rehabilitation.
Initially capitalized by Sergio Dompè, president of the Sergio Dompè bio-pharmaceutical Group, Movendo Technology aims to bridge advanced research with practical medical applications, transforming cutting-edge robotic technologies into tools that enhance patient recovery.
