LifeMine Therapeutics has secured $75.0M in a Series D round, with LoLa Capital Partners providing the investment. The clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company is advancing its Top-Down Drug Discovery platform, which mines evolutionary insights from fungi to develop precision medicines.
LifeMine’s approach integrates human genetics, bioinformatics, machine learning, and synthetic biology to identify novel therapeutic candidates. Its lead program, LIFE-001, is a precision-engineered calcineurin inhibitor targeting immunologic disorders and organ transplantation. The fresh capital arrives as the company pushes this pipeline forward, though specific use-of-funds details were not disclosed.
