LĂ©giPilot has raised $571K to go after one of the more thankless corners of HR: the paperwork that turns a routine hire, contract, or termination into a legal and administrative headache.
The French startup breaks those operations into guided workflows that handle deadlines, calculations, and document generation, backed by a combination of an AI copilot and employment lawyers. Its product is built around four modules covering employee records, HR processes from hiring through offboarding, legal compliance, and time and absence tracking.
