Kontron Europe, the IoT technology company, has secured $38.6M in new funding. The capital infusion arrives as Kontron AG, a leading provider of intelligent solutions for diverse industries from automated industrial operations to advanced communications, continues its strategic expansion.
Earlier this year, the company acquired Katek SE, significantly bolstering its portfolio with a new GreenTec division focused on solar energy and eMobility, and growing its global workforce to approximately 8,000 employees across more than 20 countries.
