Koddex has raised $3.4M to fix a problem that gets expensive fast in regulated hardware: the knowledge that holds a program together is usually scattered across documents, spreadsheets, and disconnected tools, where one design change can quietly break traceability. The Lille-based company, headquartered at EuraTechnologies, sells a graph-based platform that centralizes requirements, bills of materials, change impact analysis, and certification traceability into a single connected source of truth.
Breega backed the round. Koddex says its platform is already used across more than 1,000 licenses on three continents, with customers in aerospace, defense, medtech, nuclear, and robotics - industries where compliance is a continuous obligation rather than a one-time checkbox, and where European frameworks like the Machinery Regulation and the Digital Product Passport are raising the bar further.
