Intake has raised $2.5M in pre-seed funding, with backing from Kapor Capital, Blankspace Ventures, and Act One Ventures.
The company operates as commercial infrastructure for facial harmonization clinics - not software, not an agency, and not a replacement for a clinic's existing management system. Instead, Intake runs on top of what clinics already use, handling everything between a lead's first contact and a patient's return visit: responding to leads in under 60 seconds, running an anti-no-show confirmation protocol, reactivating inactive patients, and scheduling timely follow-ups. The company says implementation takes 15 days and requires no new hires or system changes.
