Hope Care Health has raised $7.0M in a Series A round, a bet on its regulatory-grade software platform that aims to become the connective tissue for remote patient monitoring and hospital-at-home care.
The funding was led by Iberis Capital, with participation from Vieira de Matos - VDM Capital and Buenavista Equity Partners. Hope Care’s OpMA® platform, certified as a Class IIb medical device in both the EU and UK, aggregates everything from RPM programs and video consultations to patient-reported outcomes into a single, clinically governed environment. The company says its approach has already shown meaningful results in early deployments, including a 55% reduction in readmissions and a 61% drop in emergency room visits. The fresh capital will help scale a product that sits at the intersection of two fast-moving trends: the shift toward home-based care and the growing demand for interoperable digital health infrastructure.
