HiddenLayer has locked in $100.0M in a Series B round, a hefty infusion that signals serious momentum for the Austin-based startup carving out a niche in the fast-growing field of AI security. The round was led by Delta-v Capital, with participation from Ten Eleven Ventures, Morgan Stanley, Microsoft’s M12, and Booz Allen Hamilton.
The company, which Gartner has flagged as a Cool Vendor for AI Security, sells a platform designed to protect AI applications from threats like prompt injection, model theft, and supply chain compromise. With generative and agentic AI spreading across both private and public sectors, HiddenLayer is betting that its mix of patented tech and research chops will make it a go-to name for enterprises wary of adopting AI without guardrails. The fresh capital gives it more runway to chase that demand.
