Healthleap, a startup focused on helping clinicians identify, treat, and bill patients often missed by manual tools, has secured $30.0M in Series A funding. The investment, led by Hummingbird Ventures, will advance the company's AI screening platform designed to streamline patient identification and management.
The platform aims to address a critical gap in healthcare, ensuring that medical professionals can more effectively pinpoint and engage with patient populations that might otherwise be overlooked, thereby improving both care delivery and operational efficiency.
