Graas has closed a $17.0M Series B round, adding fresh capital as it pushes its AI agents deeper into the eCommerce operations of major brands across India and Southeast Asia.
The company’s pitch is that retailers are drowning in dashboards and point tools while customer acquisition costs climb and margins leak. Graas instead sells a suite of "super agents"-Hoppr, Chattr, Cartlyst, Extract, and Turbo-that analyze data, decide what matters, and execute tasks like pricing adjustments or support responses. The platform already claims 2,000+ brands as customers, including Puma, Victoria’s Secret, and Mars Wrigleys, and says it powers over $1B in GMV. The new funds will go toward scaling that agent lineup and expanding its footprint in the region.
