Will getquin acquire Parqet ? This post isn’t based on facts or any leaks. It’s purely speculation inspired by a mysterious post from Paqet founder Sumit Kumar. Yesterday, Getquin, a portfolio tracking app from Berlin, announced a new funding round of 12 million EUR.

The company, much smaller than Parqet, has already gone through several fundraising rounds. Parqet, another portfolio tracker from Hamburg, on the other hand, is bootstrapped. Parqet founder Sumit wrote this over the weekend, which translates to: "After 6 great years at Parqet, the next capital is coming up for me. Namely year 7. See you on Monday."
