Battery Ventures led a $28.8M Series D for Flash, the mobility orchestration platform that stitches together parking, EV charging, and curbside management for building owners and operators. Kevin Efrusy and Endeavour Catalyst also joined the round, which pushes the company’s total funding past the point where it can start treating parking lots less like asphalt and more like data streams.
Flash’s pitch is that its cloud-native layer turns physical spaces into measurable revenue channels - connecting asset owners, operators, and drivers in one system. The fresh capital arrives as cities and commercial landlords scramble to monetize every square foot of curb and garage, a niche that’s getting crowded but still lacks a clear standard-bearer.
