Flagler Health has raised $50.0M in a Series B round, a bet that AI can finally bring order to the sprawling, paperwork-heavy world of musculoskeletal care. The company, founded by physicians and operators who ran MSK clinics, builds an AI-native operating system that plugs into providers’ existing EMRs to coordinate clinical and administrative work across the full patient journey.
The New York-based startup is backed by Bessemer Venture Partners and SignalFire, among others. Musculoskeletal care is one of healthcare’s largest and most fragmented specialties, and Flagler’s pitch is that its software can streamline everything from scheduling to documentation without forcing clinics to overhaul their tech stack. The fresh capital will help it scale that platform.
