Delightree has locked in $25.0M in a Series B round, a bet that multi-unit brands are ready to ditch their patchwork of training, audit, and execution tools for something more unified. The funding was led by Innovius Capital, with participation from Accel, Timber Grove Ventures, and Emergent Ventures.
The company’s pitch is straightforward: replace disconnected operational software with a single, mobile-first platform that centralizes everything from store openings to team onboarding. Delightree leans on AI to flag trends and risks, aiming to help franchises scale without the usual operational chaos. The fresh capital arrives as the company pushes to make its case that consistency across locations doesn’t have to come at the cost of speed.
