Darwin Robotics has raised $3.6M in pre-seed funding. The company is building general-purpose robot technicians designed to assemble and maintain the machines civilization runs on.
It's starting with AI infrastructure, automating physical work across data center assembly, commissioning, and maintenance. The robots learn complex tasks from human demonstrations and improve through real-world deployment, with initial deployments targeted for early 2027. Darwin Robotics is backed by Y Combinator.
