Concorda has raised $3.8M in seed funding, a bet that law firms are ready to outsource their drafting crunch to on-demand attorneys rather than hiring full-time staff.
The round was backed by Sazze Partners, Amino Capital, Gaingels, G2C Ventures, Alumni Ventures, Service Provider Capital, and a16z SPEEDRUN. Founded by two attorneys, Concorda positions itself as a flexible litigation associate-providing consistent, persuasive drafting across case stages without the overhead of a permanent hire. The capital arrives as litigation workloads swell and firms increasingly weigh fractional talent against traditional staffing models.
