ClearJet has locked in $25.0M in a Series B round backed by Edison Partners, a bet on the company’s claim to be the only operator licensed to stitch together air cargo space, bonded sort operations, airport ground handling, and final-mile delivery fleets under one roof.
The startup calls this integrated setup the “SuperCarrier,” pairing AI agents with human teams to manage parcel logistics for some of the world’s largest brands. The fresh capital gives ClearJet runway to scale that infrastructure, though the company hasn’t detailed specific expansion plans beyond the round.
