Chatsee, an iOS app built around the premise of anonymous sharing and making new friends, has secured $6.5M in a seed funding round. The capital infusion signals investor confidence in the platform's unique take on digital social connection, particularly as users seek new ways to interact without direct identity ties.
The round saw participation from a trio of venture firms: True Ventures, First Rays Venture Partners, and Seven Hill Ventures. Their backing supports Chatsee's mission to foster new friendships through its distinctive anonymous environment.
