Canada Rocket Company (CRC), a Toronto-based aerospace firm, has secured an $8.3M grant from the Government of Canada, marking a significant national investment in sovereign space capabilities. The capital infusion will accelerate CRC's mission to develop domestically controlled launch systems, providing Canada with its own independent access to orbit.
This funding directly supports the company's work on a scalable family of reusable launch vehicles, designed to serve national security, civil, and commercial missions. CRC aims to address a critical gap in Canada’s defence and space infrastructure, bringing home aerospace talent and training the next generation of engineers.
