The challenge of keeping older adults connected and cared for has drawn new capital to Callie Care, an AI Voice Assistant for Eldercare. The startup has closed a $500K pre-seed round, backed by angel investors and InterSystems Ventures.
Callie Care is building an AI-powered voice assistant for proactive, scalable eldercare, designed to connect families, care providers, and insurers to older adults through natural, automated phone calls. With 15 million seniors in the U.S. living alone and 53 million informal caregivers often overwhelmed, its system makes regular wellness calls, tracks medication adherence, and analyzes vocal biomarkers to detect early signs of decline, sharing updates automatically.
