NEW: Paris-based Bleu Robotics has raised a €5m pre-seed round led by Contrarian Ventures and OVNI Capital as it looks to bring the time it takes to deploy humanoid robots in factories down from months to less than an hour. Investment into European robotics is on the increase, with startups raising €4.
45bn in equity funding so far this year, up 127% on the amount raised across the whole of 2025, according to Sifted data. There’s acknowledgment that the boom is being driven by hardware becoming exponentially cheaper, the level of research and talent in Europe and AI models becoming increasingly better over time.
