For ten years, the company has worked to place human dignity at its core, supporting nearly 10,000 people across four regions, including Ile-de-France and Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes.
BimBamJob's approach emphasizes developing agency and self-confidence through individualized paths. Its digital tool, Horizon, has also been used to track 70,000 individuals and train 200 social workers in its methodologies.
