Aventra Defense Systems, a company focused on transforming unguided munitions into precision weapons, has secured $17.5M in new investment. The firm specializes in developing low-cost, long-range modular guidance kits that convert conventional munitions into guided weapons, enabling their deployment on a global scale.
This latest funding round saw participation from a notable group of investors. Backing Aventra were Konvoy, Lavrock Ventures, Booz Allen Ventures, Sands Capital, and Langford Industries.
