The quest to build AI that can conduct science autonomously just got a significant boost. Autopoiesis Sciences, the applied AI lab behind the AI research partner Aristotle, announced it has closed an $11.0M seed round to advance its ambitious vision.
This fresh capital will fuel the continued development of Aristotle, which the company describes as the first AI research partner designed to operate independently. Autopoiesis Sciences is focused on creating artificial intelligence capable of autonomous scientific discovery, aiming to push the boundaries of what AI can achieve in research environments.
