ArcSpace has raised $2.3M, a fresh injection of capital aimed at pushing its bet that the future of space infrastructure lies in assembling hardware in orbit, not just launching it pre-built. The round pulls in backing from Depo Ventures, SCE Freiraum Ventures, IRDI Capital Investissement, and a French Business Angels network.
The company designs and manufactures complex spacecraft payloads that rely on in-space structural assembly, then manages those assembly operations through its own proprietary technology. The pitch is straightforward: no economic growth without proper infrastructure, and space needs a structural overhaul before it becomes the next trillion-dollar industry. This funding gives ArcSpace more runway to keep building out that vision, though specifics on how the capital will be deployed weren't disclosed.
