Arch Systems has raised $30.0M to build out its manufacturing intelligence platform, which turns fragmented factory data into a governed operational foundation and layers autonomous AI agents on top of it.
Those agents are trained to investigate, reason, and act across quality, planning, and operations - the kind of expert-level decision-making the company says can lift yield, improve on-time delivery, and cut downtime in weeks rather than through a multi-year program. Arch says the same foundation extends across the supply chain, letting quality signals, capacity, and root-cause findings move between manufacturers and the OEMs they build for while each company's data stays its own.
