A fresh infusion of capital has landed at Alan, the prevention insurance provider, which announced a $557.5M Series e funding round. The investment, backed by Prosus, Index Ventures, Ontario Teachers' Pension Plan, and Temasek, underscores a growing interest in health platforms that prioritize proactive wellness over traditional sick care.

It serves over 1 million members across more than 37,000 companies in France, Spain, Belgium, and Canada, offering an integrated experience that includes a virtual clinic and a medically supervised AI assistant.
