Zenity has raised $125.0M in a Series C round, a hefty infusion that signals how quickly enterprise security is pivoting to the age of AI agents. The funding was led by Norwest, with participation from SoftBank, Hitachi, and LG.
The company has built a security and governance platform specifically for AI agents, covering everything from SaaS tools to cloud platforms and endpoint devices. With Fortune 500 clients already in the fold, Zenity is tackling the blind spots that emerge as enterprises roll out Microsoft Copilot, Salesforce Agentforce, and AWS Bedrock. The fresh capital will help it keep pace as those deployments scale.
