xpander.ai has raised $7.5M in seed funding, a round backed by PICO Venture Partners, Emerge Ventures, Samsung Next, and SeedIL. The company is building infrastructure for AI agent development, aiming to take the grunt work out of getting agents from prototype to production.
The pitch is straightforward: developers shouldn't have to wrestle with runtime environments, memory management, or integrations when they're trying to focus on agent logic. xpander.ai offers a managed layer that handles those pieces, along with pre-built connectors for chat platforms like Slack and protocols such as MCP and A2A. It also includes a visual workbench for faster iteration, and it's designed to work with major agent frameworks or any model a team prefers. The seed capital will help the company scale that offering as demand for agent tooling continues to climb.
