The push for ubiquitous, low-power connectivity for the Internet of Things just received a fresh infusion of capital. Wyld Networks, a company specializing in global IoT solutions via low earth orbit satellites, has secured $510K in new investment.
Founded in 2016 and listed on the NASDAQ FN exchange, Wyld Networks has developed a hybrid solution for low-cost global connectivity. This technology enables IoT objects to seamlessly connect to both existing terrestrial LPWAN networks and low earth orbit (LEO) satellites, leveraging the LoRa protocol for its operations.
