Silicon Microgravity Limited (SMG) is a technology company focused on the inertial navigation and gravity markets. Over 10 years of research and development, first at Cambridge University's Nanoscience Department and then carried on inside SMG, has gone in to our resonant MEMS technology. Today SMG's team of scientists and engineers are based in our Technology Centre in Waterbeach, just north of Cambridge, England. SMG focuses on two markets. > Inertial navigation where our MEMS accelerometers and gyroscopes provide higher accuracy, smaller form factor and lower cost compared to existing sensors. > Gravity sensing where our MEMS gravimeters offer robust, compact solutions for gravity surveys and alternative navigation.
