Vheda Health has raised $47.0M to keep doing what it's been doing for more than a decade: getting hard-to-reach Medicaid, Medicare, and SNP members to actually engage with their health plans.
The company runs chronic care, behavioral health, and maternity programs for government payors, pairing live care coordination and remote monitoring with an app and a smartphone members can use. Vheda says its programs hit 84% member engagement and a 3:1 return on investment, and that it holds a national Minority Business certification across all 50 states, plus state-specific designations in Illinois, Maryland, and Pennsylvania.
