Versa Vascular has raised $42.0M in a Series C round, a bet that its novel implant and delivery system can carve out a meaningful niche in the growing field of tricuspid valve repair. The funding was led by S3 Ventures and BioStar Capital.
The company’s device is designed to work alongside the native valve rather than replace it, targeting tricuspid regurgitation-a condition that has historically been undertreated due to the complexity of the anatomy. The fresh capital gives Versa Vascular runway to push its technology through the clinical and regulatory pipeline, though the company has not detailed specific milestones tied to the round.
