Usawa Care has raised $3.0M in seed funding to expand its subscription pediatric care service. The round drew backing from Armilar, Start Ventures, Oxy Capital, and Jorge Marques.
The company offers subscribers unlimited 24/7 chat access to a pediatrician, with an AI-powered backend that helps doctors handle a larger volume of patients. All AI output is reviewed by a certified pediatrician before it reaches families, a step Usawa says is meant to keep safety and care quality intact as the service scales.
