Rozenama

Rozenama is an Iraqi e-commerce platform that gives merchants a complete online store and a full order management system in one place, with no development work and no technical background required. The platform was built for how commerce actually works in Iraq. Most Iraqi merchants sell through Instagram, WhatsApp and Facebook, and manage orders in notebooks, screenshots and chat threads. Rozenama replaces that with a single dashboard: a branded Arabic storefront, order tracking from confirmation to delivery, inventory per product, integration with Iraqi delivery companies and local payment gateways, and analytics broken down by governorate, customer and product. The platform runs on a subscription model with free and paid tiers. Support is in Arabic, from a team based in Baghdad, and includes onboarding and training. More than 1,000 paying merchants and over 7,000 users run their business on Rozenama today.
