The clinical-stage company is developing native human monoclonal antibodies, leveraging its proprietary CellSpot™ technology to discover and develop potent natural weapons against pathogens.
Trellis's innovative approach focuses on selecting elite antibodies that bind highly conserved target epitopes. Its lead candidate, TRL1068, is designed to combat biofilms by targeting bacterial proteins (DNABII) and has already earned Fast Track, QIDP, and Orphan Drug designations from the FDA, underscoring its potential in a critical area of medicine.
